Arts & Culture
 The Arbor Dance Company, a local dance instruction studio, established
the Arbor Dance Fund. This fund helps provide dancers from Nebraska
City and the surrounding area a chance to perform with a "dance
company". The performance each winter is a
collaborative effort with other artists in the area (dancers,
musicians, singers and choral groups). These two components (pre
professional dance opportunity and collaboration with other artists)
make up the focus of the Arbor Dance Company.The Museum Fund continues to act as a
conduit for funds to support the Museum Coordinator in his efforts
to assist the local museums in better presenting their product so
that they become an integral part of the effort to improve tourism
in the community.
