The Greater Nebraska Science and Engineering Fair Committee has
established a fund with the Community Foundation. This organization
has organized and coordinated this fair, which has been held in
Nebraska City for many years. This Fair brings young people to the
community from communities throughout Nebraska. They compete by
displaying scientific exhibits and explaining them to a team of
professional judges. This is a competition that awards scholarships and
prize money - winners also move into regional and national
competitions.
