The Kreifels’ Family Fund provided a challenge grant to the
community of Talmage to encourage that community to participate in
the purchase of a “jaws of life” for their Rescue Squad. The
Kreifels Family contributed ½ the cost and the community raised the
balance of the funds. This was a successful campaign and the squad
is now better equipped to meet emergencies in this rural community.
